James
Well we are officially on the loan market that is now clear. Am I right in thinking 5 loans are allowed? Anyhow, who would be on your loan shortlist, and which four would you try to go for?

You seem to have a good understanding of Arsenals youth, you have picked out the best 3 youth midfielders I think you should take Jay Simpson and Barazite! LoveItIfWeBeatU
Don't forget we could also sign up out of contract players after the Transfer Window closes. For example, Lovenkrands hasn't got a new club yet.

Has played LM but i don't think Arsene would like him developed in a different position at this stage of his career.

The Danish winger is out of contract after his short-term deal with Newcastle expired this summer and has returned to Glasgow to maintain his fitness. Yet it is unclear if there is a possibility the 29-year-old, who made 182 appearances for Rangers between 2000 and 2006, could make a permanent return to the Scottish giants. "I really don't wish to comment on that," his agent, Ivan Marko Benes, told the Danish website Onside.dk. "He is training with Glasgow Rangers - not with the team but by himself. He is using their facilities. "I believe that we will find something for him before the transfer window shuts. Positive "Peter is positive, and it is still England that is his first priority." Benes refused to confirm any possible offers and although Lovenkrands would consider a return to the domestic league, the Denmark international would prefer to find another English Premier League club. "The SAS league is an interesting league, and if there are any interested clubs, I would love to listen to what they would have to offer," Lovenkrands told Spn.dk. "The UK is still my first priority, but I don't want to rule out anything at this moment." International aim Lovenkrands is hoping to secure a new deal soon to boost his chances of returning to the international fold for the climax of Denmark's World Cup qualifying campaign. "It's frustrating for me as I haven't been in the national squad for a long time," he added. "When I performed well at Newcastle, I wasn't selected. It's still my dream, but it's (coach) Morten Olsen who has the final word."
James
The players I'd look at are: Left backs: Gibbs (Arsenal) Armand Traore (Arsenal) Fabio (Man Utd) Centre Backs: Jack Cork (Chelsea) Hutchinson (Chelsea) Ben-Haim (Man City) Dervitte (Spurs) Right Backs: Gilbert (Arsenal) Right Wing: Rose (Spurs) Dos Santos (Spurs) Left Wing: Bouazza (Fulham) Central Midfield: Merida (Arsenal) Lansbury (Arsenal) Baxter (Everton) Gibson (Man Utd) Boateng (Spurs) Bostock (Spurs) Strikers: Barazite (Arsenal) Simpson (Arsenal) Vaughan (Everton) Anichebe (Everton) Obviously it will depend on who stays and goes, but I'd look at: Ben-Haim - good no nonsense defender who has been stuck in reserves due to bad luck recently Bouazza - unwanted in the Premier League, but a good Championship winger with experience of promotion pushes Dos Santos - speedy striker who can double up on the wing Merida - midfield creativity. We would then line up like: Krul Simpson Taylor Ben-Haim Enrique Guthrie Smith Merida Dos Santos Bouazza Carroll or in an ideal world anyway...
