They're all the same as each other man, it's just a mix of rumour, guesswork and genuine snippets.

Ronaldo
quoted directly from my response to the Nolan story tbh. They've easily taken over as the UK's most worthess rag this year

Ronaldo
the exception that proves the rule They were seemingly wrong about us willing to let him go, having just checked the article
TRon
Jonas' injury is potentially mor damaging as he's our only winger. Despite all the flak he's been getting we looked pretty lethargic when he was rested, and I don't want to see Geremi. Butt and Nolan in the same midfield again if it can be helped. Hughton and his fat twat of a boss need to get some players in fast.
Ronaldo
Geremi Smith Barton Guthrie is how we'll have to line up tbh
Shearergol
Calm down guys, Sholagol speaks: Hmm. Worth a name change?
TRon
Geremi Smith Barton Guthrie is how we'll have to line up tbh Don't see Geremi getting picked ahead of Butt in all honesty. Ryan Taylor more likely with simpson dropping to RB.
Ronaldo
As long as Butt is nowhere near the team

Guest Stephen927
With Jonas out, it's time for a 4-3-3 formation.

Guest Stephen927
A lot has changed in recent times. This kind of injury to him 12 months ago would have been applauded, now it's the end of the world if he's out for even one league game.
Guest Geordiesned
So that's Carroll, Xisco and Ameobi out for Leicester by the looks of it!
Guest ItalianMagpie
So that's Carroll, Xisco and Ameobi out for Leicester by the looks of it! I wonder why everbody seems worried: everything will probably be sorted out by the end of the week, as always.
TRon
So that's Carroll, Xisco and Ameobi out for Leicester by the looks of it! Why is Xisco out? Is he injured or is it because he's gay?
Ashley17
So that's Carroll, Xisco and Ameobi out for Leicester by the looks of it! Why is Xisco out? Is he injured or is it because he's gay? He has a groin strain, although that doesn't necessarily answer your question
Dave
So Elma was right. http://www.nufc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10278~1783872,00.html Fitness Front: Shola And Jonas Update By Paul Tully SHOLA Ameobi and Jonas Gutierrez face lengthy spells on the sidelines through injury. Argentinian international Jonas will be out for three weeks with a hamstring pull, while five-goal Ameobi has a "stress problem" to the bone of his foot and will be out even longer. United boss Chris Hughton said: "Jonas has a hamstring and will be out three weeks, while Shola will be out longer than that. "He has a stress problem to the bone and we will know in the next two days how long he will be out." Hughton admitted the loss of Jonas and Ameobi was a big blow, but delivered better news when he revealed that striker Andy Carroll (groin) will be fit in time for the trip to Cardiff on September 13th. Skipper Nicky Butt may also be fit again after an ankle injury. In the absence of the strikers, 18-year-old Nile Ranger has played as solo striker against Huddersfield and Leicester and Hughton said: "It's been quite a tough start for him. "What he has learned in this very short period of time is that h will be up against hardened Championship centre-halves. He has been able to do that, and the longer he does that, the more experience he gets."
Wullie
Time for Nile to really step up to the plate.
ElDiablo
At least this might force them into getting a striker in. We can't go through the season with Carroll, Shola, Ranger and Vuckic. McLoven and/or Beckford please.
