The 2010-2011 Betting Thread - forum gamble fails, Ash's fault.

f***, I'm probably the most stupid person on that planet. Just realized that this is only the 2nd leg with Real having won the 1st leg 8-0. Would have never put any money on that.   :banghead:

you fool, what sort of f***ing moron would place a bet without checking out stuff like that, you total dill.

Just having a quick gander at the weekend.

Potential FA Cup shock earners:

- Leeds (Arsenal a) - 17/2

- Scunthorpe (Everton h) - 9/2

- Stevenage (Newcastle h) - 5/1 ;)

- Leicester (Man City h) - 9/2

- Liverpool (Man U a) - 5/1

- Notts County (Sunderland a) - 15/2

Any one of those could win IMO.

Enhanced multiples on Sky Bet:

Swansea vs Colchester

Sunderland vs Notts County

Norwich vs Leyton Orient

Huddersfield vs Dover

4/1

West Ham vs Barnsley

Bolton vs York

Stevenage vs Newcastle

Watford vs Hartlepool

4/1

Both very good odds if you fancy it to go to form tomorrow. Might stick a few quid on it myself.

Well whenever I think we'll lose we don't and vice versa, so God knows what'll happen tomorrow.

We have a penchant for getting beat by lower-league teams - Oldham, Tranmere, Bradford (all at home), Brentford (less than 4 months ago), Shrewsbury etc, just to name a few from the recent past. Hence 9/2 is decent enough. Scunthorpe/draw perhaps?

Blackpool are 13/5 to win at Southampton tomorrow, Soton are evens, am I missing something?

I think Holloway openly said he'd play a majorly weakened team. Still, the odds seem a bit exaggerated.

Fair enough thought it might be that missed the interview
