Hanshithispantz
Just lookat the difference between how this this was treated and how Villa went on with Petrov. Even if we weren't cunts about it we hardly made an effort with the bloke.
Toondave
It's always the fans and the players never pardew or the club. West Brom have made more of an effort than we have
Hanshithispantz
Pardew will give him a 5 minute run out somewhere down the line and be seen as some kind of disciple.

Interpolic
He'll use it as an excuse to bring off Aarons or Cabella or someone, in a game where they're the only ones making anything happen.
Geordie Deb
Asked my son as he speaks spanish - bearing in mind I was reading it out over the phone so he probably didnt understand half of what I said, but the jist seems to be that Pardew told him in December, 20 days before his op that he should find another club but that Pardew told him he just wanted him to get better Jonas says he believes the decision was made for footballing reasons. Well we all know Pardew is a complete tosspot but to tell a man who has been an excellent servant of the club that he should do one, when battling cancer, is just unbelievable even for him. Funnily enough it also coincided with the team going to shit and Colo looking like he had thrown the towel in. Bet he was enraged with the management of the club towards his best friend.I think it's very relevant that Jonas has not thanked the club or Pardew and only ever the fans. Remember he said he paid for his own medical treatment etc. Anyway looks like Jonas is now in good form, people in Argentina are happy with his fitness and general health. He said before he finishes he wants to play for two clubs in Argnetina, one he has supported since a boy, local to where he comes from. He wants to come over here and play one more time. Anyway something along those lines

Disco
He's an Almagro man so I assume he means them. They're in the 3rd division.
joeyt
Don't know if the club can sink any lower than not helping an employee through his cancer treatment.

Guest palnese
Aye, I'm hoping someone else can verify that before going ballistic. We don't do that here. Gan ments. We're actually pretty level headed on here imo. Does my tits in when people try to rock to boat and go on like we're a bunch of theatrical bellends on the whole. No, we're not. It's one extreme or the other. There's no middle ground.
Guest firetotheworks
Don't know if the club can sink any lower than not helping an employee through his cancer treatment. They already did really. They then used it as ammunition during the planned protest against Pardew vs Hull. They were cunts about it, then used it for themselves. They're absolute scum. The club is a fucking sewer basically.

They then used it as ammunition during the planned protest against Pardew vs Hull. They were c***s about it, then used it for themselves. They're absolute scum. The club is a f***ing sewer basically. f*** yeah totally forgot about that, that was f***ing disgraceful. *Sigh* If only you guys knew what Golfmag knows(about what goes on behind the scenes). Happy Face
Wonder how the squad felt about Pardew and the club after a decision like that. The slump could be a coincidence, but wouldn't be surprised if it was related.
Happy Face
The sort of goodwill a club like Villa got over Petrov, or Bolton got over Muamba is priceless. Even if you strip away basic human decency and make a calculated decision over the cost of supporting the lad (wages) v the cost of fucking him off (publicity) you surely come down on the side of supporting him 100% and letting him train and feel he has a place. It's incredible how low the club will sink in the pursuit of savings.
Mike
I imagine Colo was pretty fucked off What's the timeline? Pardew being a fucking dick, and Colo being all "Fuck this shit"
Ronaldo
Why did he defend Pardew at the height of his criticism (and Colo's poor performances) then?
Mike
Why did he defend Pardew at the height of his criticism (and Colo's poor performances) then? No idea. This is what I can't figure out. Saying the right thing, or what he perceives to be the right thing?
Ronaldo
Well, obviously. The theory about Coloccini playing badly in connection with being massively angry at Pardew fails, though. He couldn't have been that perturbed if he was publically defending him and going against the fans that were singing Jonas' name.
Happy Face
Why did he defend Pardew at the height of his criticism (and Colo's poor performances) then? What did he say and when? He wanted to leave in November 2013.
Ronaldo
I'll let someone else find it but he definitely said that the players were behind Pardew 100% during the peak of the criticism 7 weeks or so back. I don't remember him saying he wanted to leave last November, either.
Guest firetotheworks
How often do players talk out of line about their manager? It doesn't really happen does it? Saying that, there's saying nothing and then there's backing him.
