Crumpy Gunt
I'd quite like the idea of a 8pm KO on a Sunday night. Give folk enough opportunity to get some drink down (the sensible ones will be liberal with work Monday) I reckon it would create a good atmosphere. Disco
Would be wicked for away fans
Frazzle
Not everyone can have a nap against a tree at midday the day after either.
Beren
The reality of a Sunday night kick off so late is a bit problematic though, when you think about fans who would struggle to get home in time (and the majority would need to for work the next day) - especially when public transport on weekends is so shite lately. QBG
Horrible for away fans like.

Yeah, there's the main problem. Although in reality away fans have small allocations and if people don't go as they have work then it shouldn't make too much difference (the ones who can will snap up the tickets). Public transport on Sundays is crap though.
Jill
Alcohol tastes too good on a Sunday as it is, add an evening match into the mix and I'd never do a moment's work on a Monday.
Guest neesy111
Awful idea, anyone remember when the BBC put FA cup games at 7pm on a sunday night, was awful for away fans. Completely different cultures as well hence probably why it's accepted in Spain.
madras
5pm saturdays is the optimum for games to kick off, then one game 2pm on sunday another maybe at 5pm sunday. more is overkill.

RupertCommunicator
8 PM Sunday is horrible for Exiles too. And people wanting to make a weekend of it. Might as well just do 7.45 Weds night league matches.
MW
Very few away fans travel to matches in Spain as well I think, totally different here
Colocho
Would be a nightmare for London matches. More than half of the underground is shut on Sundays.
