thenige
Big game tonight between Arsenal and Chelsea Ladies I believe. The fact it's being played at Tooting and Mitcham's home ground speak volumes. Good luck to them though, the fact it's being played through the summer may give them a chance (until there's a major international tournament or the Olympics being played at the same time). Joey
So in times of equality etc, how are they only allowed to earn a max of 20k a year? Stuff like this means it'll never be on an even footing with the male leagues.

AyeDubbleYoo
I quite like watching it TBH, played at a slower pace and more similar to 'real' football that fans can relate to. I would probably watch the odd game if it was televised.

Guest toonarmymia
Its a great idea and hopefully succeeds. Women's football started off strong here in the USA, but they never got the support numbers at stadium even though the US team won the Women's World Cup. However, for it to succeed, if women really want to be on an equal footing to the male game, then they need to turn up to the games and vote with their feet. Kaizero
The keepers are the main issue, they're all shit and too many idiotic goals are scored as a cause of it. That's just the tip of the ice berg, though.
