Baggio
He reminds me of Carrick when he was at Spurs but he seems to get around the better.
Ryan_Taylor
Has come off at HT but no mention of injury. Going off to catch the last flight into Newcastle. But have we (the forum) got a camera in the Airport?

Guest bimpy474
Holding player, deep/advanced playermaker, box to box, defensive midfielder total ballbags. Its bloody central midfield, work your arse off backward, forward and side to side but its still feckin central midfield. Damn you FM damn you to hell
Stifler
Has come off at HT but no mention of injury. Going off to catch the last flight into Newcastle. Could be tbh. Theirs no direct flights from Poland to Newcastle within the next 24 hours, however assuming he's going via Paris there is at least 2 due in tomorrow. ponsaelius
For what it's worth I agree with you RE central midfielders, I prefer a player that can do the whole package rather than somebody who just tackles and then passes backwards. (hope you're reading this Javier Mascherano, that's you I'm talking about)

Ketsbaia
Reminds me of Xabi Alonso. Although obviously not as good. Very very excited about this player.
Cronky
Looks neat and tidy to me. He'll be an asset in a team with movement ahead of him (hopefully!) Yeah, he certainly looks like he can pass the ball quickly and accurately.
midds
Is it cynical of me to think the Cabaye signing has been arranged to happen on the very day that season tickets go on general sale tomorrow?
Guest
Is it cynical of me to think the Cabaye signing has been arranged to happen on the very day that season tickets go on general sale tomorrow? Given that he's been on international duty since it was first announced, I'd say so.

Cronky
I like the way the player seems to have handled the move - no histrionics, no will-I-won't-I's or publicly using our interest to entice other clubs. It looks like he gave the club an early answer and has stuck to it. First impression - decent guy.
Cajun
Yeah I am pretty happy with this signing despite knowing little of the player. Not sure where he will play, have a feeling it will be in Barton's position but no idea why really. Sounds a canny player though, especially for the price. Disco
Probably a Giggs, but from wiki: He is of Vietnamese descent through his maternal grandmother.[5] Cabaye has stated he would like to visit the country of his origins and hopes to possibly contribute to the development of football there What a man Has anybody given him, N-Os man on the ground, special agent neesys number yet? What's more he looks a very decent player as well.
