How did he get a work permit if he's never played for his country?

On the basis of exceptional talent maybe?

His parents or grandparents are of British descent.

That answers that.

With Barton gone and Ranger hopefully on his way, I don't think our club needs another convict

:D not really a convict if his parent or grandparents are from Britain

Where do you think the convicts came from  ;D

We gave them to you

I think he gathers that but convicts were sent over there centuries ago and I doubt his grandparents are that old.

So his career in shit (Ryder) headlines:

When he arrives 'Good Buy?'

Interview when he settles in 'The Good life'

When he elbows someone 'The Good, the bad and the ugly'

When he returns from suspension 'It's Good to be back'

When he returns from injury 'I feel Good'

When we sell him 'Good bye'

There we go, Lee's job done for him in 2mins.

I've been reliably informed, that he's Good

Good enough for Pardew to want to sign him after a 2 week trial. A ball playing centre half. Hopefully, Coloccini can mentor him and take his game to a premiership level.
