Junior Hoilett finally joins QPR

Recommended Posts

IF he chooses QPR im 90% certain it's because of the wages, if so, he can p*ss off tbh.  10% cause they might guarantee 1st team football, but if that's the reason im sure there's better options out there than them.

QPR is one of the few clubs prepared to offer the high wage he's after I think. Shame. I think he would be a great addition to our squad.

wouldn't be surprised if he went to QPR, they'll offer more money. Anyone with a love of the game would come here, though arguably maybe would possibly get more game time with QPR actually...

I don't think it's about being ahead or behind Ba, squad depth is going to be needed, and different tactical options. I think Hoilett is good not great and worry about his workrate, but he is creative and could be a real asset.

Ben Arfa        Hoilett

            Cisse

:frantic:

Don't care what people say, I'd not be playing him ahead of Ba.

Really? I would easy as a left winger

Ba is a better and more rounded footballer in almost every area.

Hoilett is an exciting talent but is still raw, defensively poor and tactically naive. I'd take him as a player that we can use and develop but I certainly wouldn't have him replacing our 16 goal forward.

Would be a very good option to have though and although not like for like it would be an interesting replacement for Best (would still like a more natural forward if possible mind).

50k? not even Cabaye, Cisse, Ben Arfa etc etc get that if reports are to be believed.

I know but he is free so it inflates the wages. I reckon Smiths wages would more than cover it with some left over. :(

Can definitely see him at QPR. They seem to be a perfect fit for eachother from the way he has been portrayed in the media. Still would be nice if he wasn't all about the money and joined us. After all we have the lure of "European football" once more :D
