Tiresias Posted October 27, 2012 Share Posted October 27, 2012 I sometimes think Mancini gets some unfair stick, thought he built a pretty solid unit last season if he did nearly mess everything up in the league and scraped it back, in europe yeah he's shit. This season though everything seems poor, with a bunch of rich wankers you need to be especially good to motivate them to play out of their skin (mourinho is excellent at this though maybe this is dipping off now they're a bit too familiar with him). He seems mainly a tactical tinkerer (and for the record i don't think 3 at the back is neccessarily a bad idea) but he's gone to self parody with this compared to man management. He's the anti pardew, willing to change formation at drop of a hat, fields different tactics every week but is absolutely crap at the arm round the shoulder.
