He's only played 27mins for them, loan elsewhere imo, but probably best he just chilled in the reserves for the rest of the season. Next year though. There was that wonder kid a few years back, the new rooney or some shit - Aaron Spear, where is he now. I think players like Tav and Fergie have been handled wrong also and should have been on season long loans a lot sooner. The one key thing is for Pardew to impress a certain style of play and push it through all the levels and try to produce tactically aware young players that can come in and adapt. There needs to be a clear path to the first team that maybe includes a year on loan in championship / league 1. I just don't believe the talent doesn't exist in this region.
