I didn't see the game and Australia are obviously awful..

But that must be the most balanced, fluid and attacking team I have seen from France in ages.

Seeing a Deschamps team without any DMs is just as shocking as it would be if Pardew followed suit at some point.

Dire manager but seeing our lot play well and stay awat from injury ( I presume they did anyway?) Can only be good on all counts and a timely confidence boost before a tricky run of games.

Was watching the highlights before. Cabaye's goal... Lucas Neill with his hand in the air claiming offside.

From a throw in.

 I seen this and thought the same but on reflection I reckon it looks like a quick throw in and he seems to be appealing that it should be an Aus throw.

Debuchy certainly looks a player when you're camped out in the opposition half as he seems to warm into the match and is able to put in some good crosses and get into great attacking positions.

If Cabaye, Debuchy and Remy keep up their current form, they should be near certs for the WC. Deschamps also seemingly rates Sissoko.

It will be tough for MYM though. Varane, Sakho, Koscielny, Abidal all ahead of him.
