( That's also been the case for 10+ years) The whole draft system stuff should never be attempted There just isn't the infrastructure for anything like that in the same way a lot of what works for Football just doesn't work for US sports. Ironically, I think what it would take is even more money coming into the league. They want to increase their revenue to $25bn per year, they currently get $11bn in domestic revenue already.
