jdckelly
I hope Belgium win the World Cup next year, even if England qualify. I'm hoping they go out the first round, the amount of people tipping them as dark horses is pissing me off at this stage. they're 6th in the world they're not dark horses! Guest
Aye, I think they're behind Brazil, Spain, Argentina & Germany and that's it. A good draw and they could make the Semis and in a one-off game could certainly beat one of those four.
Unbelievable
Van Persie 4-0. His 40th for Holland, that he celebrated with Kluivert, the record goal scorer. A great team goal too!
Disco
Having a gander at the Bosnia table, they're top and have scored 20 more goals than Greece who could still finish above them

On paper they're on par with Portugal and Holland. France. I'd add Uruguay purely on offensive power. Belgium lack a lot. They're not great at any position. Look, they have some very good players, and some decent ones. They have absolutely no experience of tournament football, and the expectations are huge as opposed to moderate as you'd expect for a side that has just qualified for its first WC in 20 years. There is every chance they will crash and burn.

Witsel, Defour, Fellaini and De Bruyne are all above average footballers, they're not great. Hazard hasn't been anything special, and that defense without a Kompany in form will probably leak goals. Lukaku and Benteke are perfect for the Premier League, but lack a lot of intelligence and technique and finesse.
