Jesse Pinkman
My grandad always used to say people would still turn up in their droves even if we put 11 black and white wheelie bins on the field. arnonel
The only thing that will hurt Ashley is if the association of SD to NUFC decreases the reputation of SD. Read into that what you will *wink wink*
GM
If it was possible to launch a campaign to boycott Sports Direct and Wonga that might make a difference. If successful, it'd make him sit up and take notice. Then again it might also cripple the club financially which would make it less (not more) likely he'd sell up. Mattoon
It's a lose, lose situation, he's not gonna put any more into the club, we boycott anything he'll just remove more from the club to protect his asset from what's being said. But what's the alternative? Sit in quiet acceptance of the bullshit they're peddling and let the farce continue? Short of there being a buyout and overhaul of the management structure we're up shit creek, surely there's a bored billionaire out there in need of a new toy? That's all we can hope for! But we can't sit quietly in anticipation.
Toon Hoser
Toffs tops are brilliant. Buying one is like giving a small yet personally meaningful finger to the current regime of cunts. I have two 70s shirts and may go for a third soon. No, I don't work for Toffs, I was just saying.
Decky
Imagine if something like this took off as a protest and this top sold more than the official one. It would never happen, but it would be an incredible statement. As much as Ashley would love to ignore it, Puma and Wonga couldn't.

merlin
Only a boycott of EVERYTHING connected to the club will have any effect - fans need to stay AWAY from Sports Direct, not buy ANY merchandise at club shops and most of all, CANCEL STs.....it needs large gaps to appear in the stadium especially for normally sold-out games(in which we usually lose anyway)to have any effect on Ashley or even the National media who would then have to comment on it. Wishy washy half measures won't work - Ashley has declared war on the fans, let him have his war but do it with finance...the ONLY thing he cares about. Otherwise, continue to get second-rate teams and performances - if that's what you are happy with, good luck because there won't be any change for at least 2 years. Decky
We've been here before countless times. Nothing happened before and nothing will happen now. Even at our absolute worse after relegation attendances only went down what, 10k?
Guest Roger Kint
We've been here before countless times. Nothing happened before and nothing will happen now. Even at our absolute worse after relegation attendances only went down what, 10k? This. The fucking boycott on food/drink in the ground was over the second they opened the turnstiles for that Hull game. If you cant trust fans not to drink flat piss in a plastic glass and buy a £5 shitty burger what hope that they will stop doing anything else? AyeDubbleYoo
I won't buy any merchandise with Wonga on it etc, but I'll still keep going to my few games a season because I enjoy it. I don't feel guilty about that, or like I shouldn't be doing it.
