Aye it was an absolute doddle. I just emailed them photos of my shirt to [email protected] and the next day they replied offering me cash or store credit. I took the store credit and they then emailed me a barcode to take to the Post Office for them print out and stick on my package. Didn't cost me a penny, not even for the delivery.
