It makes sense to have a colour that pops in contrast to black and white and presumably it's because of the blue on the badge and because magpies have a bit of blue on them (?) - I like them doing it, I just wish they'd go beyond blue, we could have literally anything and it would look class I think. Then Asics had a couple of blue bits on the home shirt before Adidas in 1999. Guess it comes frorm the Magpie thing, where there can appear to have blue on them in certain light.
