What if he's the best English CB in the country? Is he ? I must say I've not ever seen enough of him to make that determination, just because Man City spent 50 million on him, doesn't prove it. Very impressive in a well protected defence. Likewise to a lesser degree Lascelles and Mawson hence why the step up is so hard and so often intl managers prefer Alan Shitpass from the CL club.
