Only watched the last five mins or so, guessing we’ve been awful?

Greece could have scored 5 and we couldn't complain

That’ll probably be that for Carsley but should be given a real chance imo. He took a big risk and picked an unbalanced team tonight, almost felt like fan service to try and fit those attacking players in one team.

Shouldn’t be anywhere near it

Best thing that could happen to us is a result like this. Hopefully Finland beat us as well. Will ensure Carsley doesn't get the job and we try and appoint a proper manager.

That might be bad for us.

Well done Greece, best I've seen them play in fucking years

Hopefully that ends the U21 coach bullshit from the FA, get a proper coach/ manager in.

A manager who’s managed anyone but kids would be a starter for ten for me

Working within the England set up for years and seeing alot of this current squad of players through isn’t necessarily a negative..

Im not saying he’s the man, im just saying writing him off completely is probably a bit short sighted. It wouldn’t be out of form for the FA to appoint him tbh.

Why? Who would you want?

A football manager of any pedigree would be nice. Anyway, Carsley thankfully won’t get the job. Happy Greece won.

I could see them appointing him too - he’s cheap

Honestly can't see anything but this, even if I think its a mistake.

Yeah, I’m kind of with you. Although like I said I wouldn’t completely write him off, this kind of appointment is risky but he’s worked with and is popular with a lot of these players. It does have potential.

Will do what he’s told, say what he’s told.  Won’t resign as no one else would hire him. Boxes ticked.

That has to be the Carsley experiment done with. Enjoyed him trying something different the first 2 games. But if Greece won 4-0. We couldn’t have complained and we looked utterly clueless for most of that.

Still got loads of players who look positionless or just totally useless. When they are anything but.
