Have some humility and earn your stripes at a more low key place, where you can make a few more mistakes and learn what works for you. Going to really damage his reputation now. Humiliating stuff. If he fails, he just does whatever he would've done before. Would still get a good Championship gig. Long-term I think Neville wants to get involved with thw FA/UEFA/FIFA imo. It was a huge challenge and fair play to him for taking it on but it was fairly obvious he'd end up getting embarrassed and that's the way it's turning out. His next move after this job will be critical. Be interesting to see if he's prepared to take big downgrade in club and give it a whirl or he waits (prays) for another high profiled job.
