It's the same for any youth national side, that not all will go on to have exceptional careers. U-20 is a lesser tournament to U19 and U21 due to timing so it's even more likely to be the case. I don't really care if he's a good egg and decent bloke in the dressing room. He's an absolute shocking footballer and offers nowt on the pitch. Give one of the kids a chance instead. The PL is full of shite players signed from abroad. Saw him play a second half game in La Liga. he played #9. Never looked like scoring in a million years and looked slow. Only a small amount of time but he didn't look ready for the top level based on that game. From what I saw in 20 minutes today he looked much better. Whatever the case he needs first team football. If a PL club can't guarantee it he needs to play abroad or drop the Championship. A lot of lads with Nigerian heritage in the U20.
