Think it's clear that as long as we spend what we have then he'll be happy, or at least accepting of it. Next summer though I have no doubt he'll be expecting us to be in that £15-25m market and paying £100k plus wages that West Ham, Leicester, even Bournemouth are playing in. He's won Under 21 caps for Spain and secured a move to a club the size of Dortmund. That's not fuck all for a young player. This lad could easily turn out to be our best player. He seems a very Benítez player to me in that regard, but don't expect him to be a creative force. I'd expect him to be a Colback upgrade, provided he's successful in the league.
