I'd be very surprised if we hear anything within the next 2-3 days unless Rafa gets too sick of the slow nada progress and calls an end to it.

Doesn’t look like we are hearing anything today

My guess is in the middle or the end of the week.

;)

That is probably when Rafa has had enough  :(

Not sure if it’s linked to any structure requests Rafa has made but an apple eating legend will be taking up a new role this week or next. Either way it’s a new position that we didn’t have previously for a loan co-ordinator (which the Ronny reported about a couple of months ago).

Are these the behind the scenes changes you were on about UncleBingo[/member]?

A delay would suggest they are close but having to iron out some issues. If it they were light years apart we would have heard by now that it's over.

Do think there's some weight in this. We should be thankful we've got a manager that will push for A (best scenario), knowing that he won't get it but may get somewhere around B/C, rather than settle for F and be the yes man.

The more he pushes during this contract negotiation, the closer to best case scenario he gets in writing.

Its obvious he wants to stay.

The whole situation is being too read into. Everything about this wait is being overanalysed when nobody has a clue.

Every scenario is logical right now.

Not really true. Anything could happen? Sure. Likelihood of it being weighed towards Mike and his SD methods - more so, be it now or in the long run. Certainly has a say in any delay, that.
