Skirge
Heard last night all three could be back for this one, Duff, Dyer and Parker.
Zero
Who should play on the wing, Rossi or Luque? Either one will be better than Duff though.
Guest DavB93
Is Babayaro not suspended now after picking up a booking last night.
Skirge
Is Babayaro not suspended now after picking up a booking last night. Does not come in effect until 7 days after the booking. How about ----------------Given Hunty---Taylor----Ramage----Baba Milner---Butt------Rossi--------Luque ---------Martins----Dyer
gonufc
I would go: Given Huntington Ramage Taylor Baba Dyer Butt Parker Milner Martins Rossi
Guest tobiazvanderziaz
Who should play on the wing, Rossi or Luque? Either one will be better than Duff though. Duff he way better than both of them and has proven it in many years. Just because he has had a poor start in Newcastle it doesnt make him a poor player. I think the two main reasons for Duff being not himself in his first games at Newcastle is the generel poor form Newcastle were in at that time and the fact that Ramage has been LB and cant help him at all going forward (same has happened with Zoggy). Duff is a class winger and would be an asset for all teams in the PL (also Chelsea even though Moruinho cant see it ) and he will be superb playing in the current team....really looking forward getting him back in the squad! Delima
442 without a doubt. Definitely 2 strikers up front because Watford's defenders are poor and playing a lone striker is just helping them. Given Hutinton Taylor Ramage Babayaro Milner Butt Rossi Luque Sibierski Martins
nufcmichael
Given Ramage Taylor Huntington Dyer Rossi Milner Parker Butt Sibi Martins blueconfused.gif Sorry, thought Baba was suspended, so i put Dyer on the right back. But i would go for this one as well. Given Huntington Ramage Taylor Baba Dyer Butt Parker Milner Martins Rossi

Yorkie
-------------------------------- Given --------------------------------- Huntington ---------- Taylor ------------- Ramage ------------ Babayaro Rossi ----------------- Butt -------------- Dyer ------------------ Milner -------------------- Martins -------------- Luque ----------------------- Subs: Srnicek, Pattison, Parker, Troisi, Carroll Honestly not sure about the injury situation. I know it says on the main site that we've got this injury and that injury... but the likes of Parker/Dyer/Duff/etc have been mooted to be available for the weekend. Why have Rossi on the right wing and Parker on the bench? Surely it makes more sense for Dyer to play right wing and have Parker in the centre? Then you can choose between two strikers: Rossi and Luque for the other forward slot.
Yorkie
Parker isn't fit enough to start. He probably won't even be on the bench.

Yorkie
Any news on whether Emre will be fit? He won't play at the weekend, i wouldn't have thought, but i think he and Nobby are pencilled in for Wednesday.

Newcastle Fan
we need a tall striker to win balls in the air, luque will do.. but roeder had duff, rossi, dyer all as strikers just to keep him on the bench a deal with u lads: if luque starts the watford game, and does nothing,i will joing gemmill and his troops for the "luque out" campaign otherwise, the luque thread will reach N.O history.. First of all, why do we need a tall striker when we shouldnt play long balls at home against watford and second, you call Luque strong in the air Maybe in spain but this is PL and I think Emre will win more in the air than Luque since he is obviously afraid of both the ball and the other players..... Newcastle Fan
didnt say strong,i said win balls,he did that in the uefa cup alot.. and he just needs to be tall,so atleast he can get his head to a cross, because when sib and ameobi were injured we were playing long balls to our tiny pair of strikers, and every single cross just flew by with no one to connect with it.. Cant use the uefa cup as an argument since we are playing in the PL this weekend, and Im still gonna say, that even Rossi is a better target man than luque in terms of recieve the ball and hold it. But why are we discussing Luque...100% sure he wont start on saturday and I support Roeder in this.
