I'm debating max betting Hayden who is useful for a card anyway. Pretty sure it'll be a physical game with Carroll putting himself about. Just trying to reduce down vision of bets etc for a period. Very hard though with all the adverts on podcasts and every form of media. But every little helps I guess ! After tonight I am taking a break as well. I have a £5 free bet with Sky and I will put £5 in my Bet365 and try and take a break until March. I may even use the self exclusion tools to support that. I’d suggest just blocking your betting accounts till a certain date. The tools are there if needed Yes have Gamstop and uk casino bar in action. Also used the bookies cancellation in an area number. Have a tendency to message friends and ask to put the odd bet on though so trying to stop that for a period also by reducing vision of bets and betting.
