The guy was actually considered for the DOF role at one point and has a ton of experience, and he was just seemingly pushed to the background. Last summer was a disgrace man. Two very good dofs gone sharpish, Pushing your experienced recruitment scouts to minor duties over a newbie. Having final say on all transfers then coming out with psr spiel after spending a fuckload on ill fitting players for your system.
