Let's be honest, if they do drop out of the top two in the next few weeks and don't get promoted, nobody will even remember their brief spell as leaders. The season is only 15 games old and they're only ahead of Sheff Utd because of a points deduction [emoji38]

Like clockwork.

Played 6

Won 0

From 5 points clear at the top to 5 points behind.

After today’s games the points difference from them to 7th could be down from 9 to 3.

More of the same in December please.

Probably so they have someone black to hockle on if none of the team's black player's Mams bump into them in the car park.

Their self proclaimed myth of matching our support will be totally blown out the water that weekend

They'll be charging the very minimum that you can for a 3rd round cup game, probably £10/£15 and a fiver for kids whilst we'll charge £30/£35 and £15 for kids.

We'll have 52,000 there and they'll probably have around 15/20k there.

They won't like that.

Fact is that their support doesn't come close to ours and throughout history very rarely has. Over the past 100+ seasons they've averaged more than us 16 times, 3 of them at the end of the 90s when the SoL was bigger than SJP.

It's occasions like this where this really hits hard. Both at home on the same day, at the same time, in the same competition. We'll have double their crowd at worst despite charging much more for tickets. In fact should stadium capacity allow we'd have at least 3 times more as we'll be sold out.

Anyway, roll on the excuses. They're always a laugh [emoji38]

It's like their comeback of 'we give 10,000 tickets away'. For one it was Ashley, two we were averaging over 46,000 at the time he did it and three they have only beaten that 46,000 average (just) on three occasions within their entire history. No fucker on there who supports us (allegedly anyway), ever states that on the many occasions it's brought up

I would have thought Stoke at home in the FA cup was a decent fixture to them, Stoke are relatively big club?

Or is it they can't disguise the numbers in an all ticket FA cup game?

Isn't there a website that some Newcastle fan has made comparing each season since both clubs were formed?

I used to have it saved in my bookmarks but I cannot find it.

Edit: Found it
