You also don't want to be doing the same shit all the time, keeps the players mind focused. Also nice that we were giving young lads a chance to mix with the better players. I loved the idea that he has hundreds of training sessions on a file so that no training session is ever the same, every day the players are doing things a little different to keep them interested.
