I agree. Think Elanga will be the sacrificial lamb if one needed to make the deals happen.

I think this is a player who is definitely at the top end of what we could realistically hope to attract this summer, it would be an incredible signing imo. 
 

He just opens up so many options for us in terms of formation and tweaks in style. Most of us probably expect him to play behind Isak which is going to be lethal in a 4-2-3-1.

Hope we get Pedro and Trafford as they'd make a big difference to how we play. I don't think Elanga makes a difference to how we play but would make the overall squad stronger. But I wouldn't be upset if we moved on from Elanga.

Suggests that he's fairly unique as someone who both gives and receives a high amount of line-breaking passes in his position. Could really see it working with him playing just behind Isak and being the link between him and Sandro/Bruno
