Joao Pedro had a poor season and they'll still want to 2x their 30m buy

No thanks

16 goal involvements in 27 matches is poor?

Goal ratio isn't even remotely similar before we signed Isak. Don't need to check it to know that.

Support role on the right? Has he played there? He'd be more expensive than what we paid for Isak which is crazy to me. Howe must really rate him if we'd be willing to pay double the fee that we could have got him for mind

105 games 33 goals for Real Sociedad. 1 in 3. Should have checked.

5 were pens and yes it's poor. Look at what Brighton fans said of him

He's played for more than 1 club.

162 appearances 61 goals. So pretty much 1 in 3. Thanks for coming.

Was actually looking on their forum but couldn't find anything about what they think. More than happy to listen if you can show me?

Fortunately for us our scouting is a bit more sophisticated than only looking at G/A for a player.

Absolutely right.

Didn’t we get a Romano here we go on Pedro before he moved to Brighton? May be making that up

We did, I still try and fool my friends with it every transfer window.

The main thing that puts me off Pedro is how much Brighton will want and partly the fact we could've already had him here for far less.

They quoted £90M for Mitoma a few weeks ago. They'll want close to that for Pedro.

Not worth it at all.

It's like my stock buying strategy. Buy High, Sell Low.

Don’t see the transfer of Joao Pedro happening tbh. Having said that, it’s definitely a transfer I could get behind. He has genuine top quality/massive potential.

At least with him I can see a player growing to a VERY high calibre player. Players such as Elanga leave a lot to be desired for me personally. Don’t want limited players that lack essentials to make it to the very top department. Also, I know they’re not the same, just thought I’d mentioned one name we’ve been linked with for big money. Pedro is so versatile too.

Pedro as the withdrawn striker with Isak and Bruno and Tonali in a double pivot is something we could play and that to me sounds mouthwatering tbh. Add someone like Akliouche to the right hand side and we already look better as a team in many ways.  And a Guehi or similar.

That would cost more than 5 quid though.

Surely Pedro wouldn't be that dear I mean his manager wants shot of him.

Does he?

It has that feeling about it this transfer lark doesn't it. That we are gonna be left with no options after the big clubs scavenge for the players we are after.

Bring Graham Carr back with his contract expiring knowledge and pick up some foreign talent.

Even if that's true. The manager isn't the club, he's not deciding how much they sell players for or even if they do sell players. Especially at a club like Brighton. Hell get told who's going and who's coming and have to deal with it. That's how they make it work there and Brentford as well.

Club harmony springs to mind that's got to lower the fee to get rid.
