I would argue against that. Sell Tonali and Willock for £120m and replace them with a number 6 and Bergvall and we would have some very good options in midfield. 
 

Bruno/Miley/Bergvall/Joelinton/Ramsey/Camara would give us lots more options than this season.

If we shift Tonali and willock and bring in two quality replacements we will be in a better position. Ramsey started showing how great he can be in the back end of the season. Miley is undeniable provided we get him fit. We know what we have with Bruno and Joe. Both likely to depart next summer with thanks.

Eh?  You want to get rid of Bruno next summer?  I'd happily keep him for the next 3 or 4 seasons before he heads off for a final couple of years in Brazil

Guess we are just ignoring the Anderson transfer ? We sell tonali and get him they will mark tonali down

Understand the regret for losing Anderson. Putting realism to one side I don't understand thinking we should re-sign him though.  Imagine us spending £120m on one player, and that one player is Elliott Anderson. I'd be gutted tbh.

It was never deemed a ‘straight swap’ was it? Maybe I missed that if so.
