Only three players at this club that should be untouchable if possible and that’s Hall, Bruno and Miley. Would be gutted to lose him.

Plenty of others I wouldn’t sell by the way but the above are the only must keeps

There’s no way he’s for sale.

He's not, but I can imagine he wasn't that happy at losing his England spot for the world cup and he might feel what happened at Newcastle affected that.

They saw what some Newcastle fans were saying after he wasn't selected by Tuchel, and made up this whole narrative and have even convinced themselves he's joining them for £50 million off the back of it [emoji38]

There's all these awful Man Utd accounts just talking nonsense and getting their delusional fans all giddy [emoji38]

£50 mil :yao: If they come in with that bid it's for no other reason than to unsettle him.  Cannot see the club selling him in a million years - along with Bruno he's in the untouchable bracket.

Because if the reports are correct he’s spat his dummy out after being benched for two games.

And losing his England spot in the world cup as a result.

For some reason Tuchel doesn’t rate him highly. Even when he was in his best form for us he didn’t start either of the friendlies, Spence started and played 69 minutes with Hall coming on and then O’Reilly played 59 minutes with Hall coming on. So I think we could see from there that it was going to be O’Reilly and Spence in the squad over Hall so his end of season form and being dropped for a few games would have had no impact on anything

Do you really think he didn't get picked for the World Cup because he missed 2 games?

And not the fact that its far more likely that he missed because he was injured in all but one of the camps that Thomas Tuchel has been England manager. Tuchel has managed 12 games for England and Hall has been available for only 2 of them.

Hooked for a half and gets dropped for a game or two, so pushes to leave?

As I said, I don't think he'll leave so I'm just spitballing really.

Fair. Truth is always somewhere in the middle too.

The project is seemingly dying on its arse, and Man Utd would be a progressive career move for him. It could also be that.

Obviously we'll see what happens.

He didn’t lose his England spot because of that.

If he’s pushing to leave over being hooked in game he struggled in then benched for a game then that is rank behaviour

Over 2 games? Nonsense.

how many times has hall actually been called up? He’s hardly a regular.

if Tuchel wanted him, it wouldn’t stand or fall on being benched for two games.

Can just imagine Tuchel’s phone call to him.

”Alright Lewis mate, you were gonna make the squad, but then I noticed you didn’t get picked against Arsenal and Brighton, so decided, solely based on you not featuring in those two games, to completely change my mind and abandon months of planning. Soz”
