Reckon this might be the game we see a fully untamed Tindall shithouse performance.

I wouldn’t imagine he’d let Howe down like that. He’s stepped up and been really professional and I think he’ll keep that up tomorrow.

Rocks up wearing an all white adidas tracky with “wake me up before you go go” emblazoned on the back!

We just destroyed Palace and their high line, and PSG made big hay on Villa's in that first half, so quietly confident about this one, especially with our form.

The points cushion to them helps as well.

I probably worded that poorly. I mean with the players, not Tindall himself. I feel like we'll have to dig in vs Villa and I hope we kick the shit out of them.

Most sensible post over at Villa Talk

”This will be an interesting game for me, with contrasting playing styles up against each other. We are both among the best sides in the country right now, with their defence edging it for me.

I don't think current form is the main issue here, its playing style for me. Their Pace, Power and physicality, will be a huge test for us.

Newcastle do seem to me , to be our Kryptonite.

If we can manage to bring our second half performance from midweek, anything can happen.

If we give them the space to thrive, like we did in the first half against PSG or previous games with them, it will be the repeat performances of recent times.

I have no idea, what we will bring....but it should be very interesting.

I am not saying park the bus, but we cannot be too open either, give them space and we are toast....I also think if we lose the ball too easily in our attacks, their counters could be costly”

Yeap, I think it was arsenal at the start of the season.

And even that game they should’ve beaten Arsenal with Watkins guilty of missing a couple of great chances.

Asked in tickets & travel but just trying my luck in here also.

Has anyone any experience in parking for in and around villa park? Don't mind a walk of it makes entering and leaving better pre/post game.

Thanks

Sorry this post isn't really much help, but I'd use proper organised football parking if possible. Street parking in Brum on a match day is supposed to be a bit of roulette, with cars having parts stripped from them being a big problem right now. Not sure if it's such a big problem round Villa Park, but it's recently been a massive problem around St Andrews.

The one time I took my car to Villa Park I was immediately hassled by kids to mind it for cash. Can't remember if I paid or not but car was fine when I returned.

Jesus Christ that bad [emoji38]

Found something called star city that is about 30mins walk from VP. It's a shopping centre with free parking so hopefully the motor isn't on bricks when I return![emoji38]

Yeah, sure that'll be fine. Just avoid street parking and I'm sure your car will be OK.

I'm going on a supporters coach tomorrow which I haven't done in years. My brother in law, who is half my age, has informed me that "it's a good laugh".  Let's see 😄

There’s a mini car park at the start of Lozells Road which is a 20 min walk away from Villa Park. Not a great area by any means, but I’ve left my car there many a time. Caribbean take away there called Bings which is by far the best in the U.K. The owner is 79 and still cooking.
