Etoo is back next month and Saviola is in fantastic form so there are rumours that Gudjohnson could be on his way in the Summer, So would people want him here or do you think we need a different type of player? Yea Saviola has been outstanding over the past month but when Messi and Etoo are back i can see Gudjohnsen losing his place on the bench, I'd have Gudjohnsen here but for no more than £5m. That what i see as well, Gudjohnsen is a totally different player to anything we have, How many times over the past few months have we needed a player of his type who can create a piece of magic when its needed. TBH i think we need to start thinking about life without Owen, IMO as soon as he is fit we need to cut our losses and sell him on, Use the money to buy a replacement who has his career in front of him and a player who we can rely on. He's technically good, but won't get you that many goals. Disagree, If he is given a run of games im certain he'll get 12+ goals a season and on top of that he'll create a hell of a lot more. I thought Barca wasnt gonna offer him a new deal but after his good attitude and good form im sure i heard or read that Barca wanna keep him now.
