Is it for use during football matches or for use the other six days a week that it’s not being used as a football stadium?

Although Khan has precedent for this, there is a pool at the Jaguars stadium in Jacksonville.

His son will probably want his papa to fit a fucking wrestling ring somwehere on the roof too now so he can have his  All Elite yearly London wankfest up there.

Its just the same stack thats been kicked out of other areas of the city centre

Don't think they were kicked out of anywhere at all.

Stack signed a temporary lease at the former Odeon Pilgrim Street site, for a set period of time, and moved out when that period ended and their lease expired.

It’s not meant to be used during msthdays, they even say. It’s designed to bring income in when the football isn’t on. The bar would be a waste time otherwise as it is in clear view of the pitch, and you can’t serve alcohol in clear view of the pitch during games.

Yes, a long time plan within the EPS Development Area, that a large pub is to be incorporated within the old "Worswick Chambers" building, further down Pilgrim Street from the Pilgrim Quarter HMRC construction right next to where Worswick Street Bus Station used to be, and the owners of 'Stack' have been given the license to run it.

Would look spectacular with an extended Leazes Park stretching down to Strawberry Place. A well maintained park in the city centre would be a huge addition to city.

Council would give planning permission for rich Chinese student apartments before the stadium was even demolished

Good towards the end. Annoying that half the fans were sooking on pints when West Ham were gifted their second though. Muted booing.

Some of our fans need to fucking sort themselves out like. A couple of season ticket holders next to me left in the 90th minute, they were on the stairs when we scored the winner. I wish they had passed the access point and missed it to be honest.

Loads left earlier at 3-3, and in the 30th minute fuck loads started going to get pints and do coke in the toilets.

These are the cunts saying we don’t need a bigger a stadium, because they have got their season ticket, so fuck everyone else.

No fucking idea why anyone would leave at 3-3, we were clearly getting the winner in that game, even at 3-2 we were looking like getting an equaliser.

Going for "refreshments" on 30 minutes yesterday was just pure stupid. There was obviously going to be shit loads of stoppage time due to the VAR check for our penalty and Lascelles' injury. Leaving on 30 mins meant you missed 25 minutes of the first half. [emoji38]

I'm an extremely pessimistic fan but yes it was definitely on at 3-3, it's pretty sad that some left. Mind when I had my season ticket I used to guess that there was about a minute left and then I'd go to an empty seat right next to the exit. Folk around me might have thought I always left early.
