I'll simplify it for you simpletons: You don't have to live anywhere near where you work to do your job effectively. Managing a national team as an entire different entity to managing a Premiership club. He'll need to be at the training ground pretty much every day, you can't commute from the other side of the world to Manchester every morning for training.
