chicago_shearer
Diouf is a great player, but it would be a bigger struggle to support him as a Newcastle player than it was for Bowyer. Spits at players, allegedly hit his wife....can't fucking stand him. I'd much rather we looked elsewhere.
BlueStar
Get both Diouf and Barton in. Tell Dyer if he doesn't play well Sam will tell them both he called them a puff.

Tisd09
They are good players but I think Barton and Diouf just carry too much baggage. We have one little shit still left at the club in Dyer could you imagine him teamed with these 2. The only think that would give me comfort in having these players in our squad next season is that Allardyce has a good record with controversial characters. I just think there are better alternatives around.

Guest Urban Fox
Our top player (according to the actim index) was James Milner (who was 75th) then Steven Taylor (Who was 77th). Diouf was 15th and beat the likes of Gerrard, Scholes, Bentley, Carrick and Ashley Young... It's up to you to work out whether this index is a true reflection of a player's worth to the side (Considering Martins came 100th and his goals alone kept us up - give or take a few from random others) but 15th isn't to be spat at!! Guest johnson293
The Diouf rumour only says he is to follows Allardyce out of Bolton, not necessarily follow him up here. Unless there are other reports linking him with us.
