Baggio
Didn't one of the papers say we were interested in Geremi, Bridge and Diarra from Chelsea? Diarra would be a class signing too.
Guest Pie
i dont think its true but he would be a good signing if he could stay fit i still prefer baines from wigan I think Bridge is the best left-back in the world. He would be the signing of the summer imo. Much, much better than Baines. All Baines has over Bridge is youth. imo he's defnitely one of the top 3 LB's I've ever watched, easily world class I'll assume that's sarcasm. Hope so anyway. Wullie
I'd love to sign Bridge. It'll put Leighton Baines' nose out of joint when he signs last week though.

Sam likes his Diarra's a bit bigger. Would therefore prefer Alou instead.

Guest Toon83
Bridge is a quality player although his injury record is what concerns me, he might end up being another Duff, signed for a fraction of his real value only to play a few games (badly) and then sit in the treatment room for the rest of the season. his son is called Jaydon Jean Claude Bridge haha doubt he would come here as he only signed a new 4 year contract last year
mouldy_uk
Though I have been happy with all the signings so far, this one would easily be the best! Any idea what sort of fee would be involved?
Newcastle Fan
Would love to see Bridge here, he's very underated imo and i think he will do a fantastic job under Sam Allardyce.
Cheshire Mag
We have spoke to Baines and he wants to come but we are not offering him what wages he wants so he wont be coming here until we decide to re negotiate with him. Thats according to his cousin who I have been speaking to today.

Ally
I had a quick chat with Zambrotta's cousin the other day, he'd love to sign for us but doesn't like the prospect of our new hooped socks, so he's not interested.

Aye he told my cat the problem lied within the pink dot on our new strip, he's spent £100,000 on therapy after his pink days of Juve away and cannot go back through that torment again. My cat laughed and called him a puff.

Guest jamesmartinsmith
Not sure Mourinho would want to sell though. He's always talked about 2 top quality players for each position. After Ashley Cole, what are their other left back options should Bridge leave? Anyone know? Maybe he has his eye on someone else, quite possible. Royston Drenthe. Guest redmayne
With Kev, would much prefer baines. Certainly not turning my nose up at bridge though if we can get him, great player. Just rather we bought a Left back whose career was on the up not coming down. would be slightly troubled by his injury history aswell, but im sure whomever we bring in we could nit pick the flaws. anyone remember that bridge held the record number of appearances ina row for saints before chelsea? he's been unlucky but not injury prone (amen shearer ;-0 )
