Taylor i've always rated and stuck up for, but been realistic about at the same time. So who are these kneejerkers you talk of? I know you have always rated Taylor though, and don't remember your opinion on Cacapa, but I've just recently noticed that you don't rate him which is fair enough, as I feel the same about Taylor. But most of the forum from Cacapa's earlier performances were absolutely lauding over him, then now all think he's pretty bog standard. Probably because Cacapa has got steadily worse. Foolish, foolish post. In the league alone, Berbatov has scored 8 goals and directly created 10. He's not just a 10 goal a season striker, he's one of the best on earth. Half of those goals came in one game, so he's only scored four in the other twenty or so games (and one of them was a penalty) I dont see what hes done to prove hes one of the best players on earth, his goalscoring record is fairly average and against good teams its appaling - he's scored something like 2 goals against top half teams since he's been here. He's a good Premiership striker, like Anelka...but not top class. It's a shame we're not even able to attract the good Premiership strikers, we have to settle for the average ones.
