Even with our track record I would have staked a fair wager on us bringing in two defenders in the summer. Who knows what we'll come up with in January, you can't use logic or common sense to predict what we'll do.

It's not 7% though, because you are paying that over 3 monthly instalments. The effective annual rate would be (by my calculations, anyway) more like 55%.

Yep, we entered into a JV with MGM to apply for the UK supercasino license, which was awarded to Manchester and was then cancelled. Developing the site would be a bit of a pain due to the need to redirect the roads but it's certainly doable. As the sole owner, the fact there is a loan on our books is utterly irrelevant and he can take whatever money is knocking around whenever he wants. However it has proved to be a useful PR device for expectations management.
