  1. That's really not an issue at all, they all sit under one holding company (St James Holdings) which is a wholly owned subsidiary of MASH Holdings. As for directorship, it's just basic admin with Companies House. Most of these company were set up pre Ashley. Really not an issue.
  2. Correct. If Ashley want's to run down Rafa's contract he does just that and just ignores him (like he did with Shearer).

Seriously fella, did you not read my initial post and the one to LV? To say someone likes being addicted to something is just utter madness. No it's not mate. To think all addicts are somehow 'fighting an internal battle against demons' is madness and to be frank, utter crap. A myth. Some are but he's not one of them. I know you said you've had experience of such addiction but I am struggling with some of what you've said. Of course there are different levels of addiction, but addiction is a psychological and physical inability to stop consuming drink (or drugs in other cases etc.). So yes, if you are an addict, you are fighting those psychological demons, addiction and misuse are different.
  4. TUPE wouldn't apply. Still be employed by the same company- just a different owner but no transfer for individual employees. PL takeover rules may have something in them though.
  5. Not possible due to character limit. For all GE's hogwash that's probably up there with the meltiest thing I've ever heard. Simply a fact.
  6. Not possible due to character limit.
  7. None of what they've said would be subject to an NDA. An NDA will be used to stop them disclosing sensitive commercial and financial information they would be given access to during the process, before any transaction is completed or in the event that the takeover fails.
  8. The transaction is between St James Holdings Limited and the buyer, not NUFC.
  9. Easy to check for a few quid. But nobody is claiming the Sheikh went to UCL.
  10. It's off. Data room is fucked:
  11. BBC just ran the story on the 10 o'clock news.
  12. Same bloke along with his other north east cronies who didn't having a f***ing clue about this happening in their own backyard, then panicked and tried to pour cold water on it before having to turn full circle after the statement came out. f*** them we have some of the worst journalists in the country reporting on us especially at the Chronicle. Don't think you understand how journalism works. Especially at a local level.
  13. Well bugger me. This better be true. Fucking hell.
  14. Redfearn worked with the U23s for about a month during the season just gone on a short term contract. So Ben Dawson and Rafa have a bit more insight into his working methods than usual.
  15. I actually had the decency to send apologies to all/most the mods most of them didn’t even give me a reply. Only one I got back basically just told me my posts are boring so I said I’ll make sure in future my posts entertain forum members as boring ones are forbidden well by me anyway. On a “40%” warning for basically boring posts. If you look at 95% of my posts in fairness they’re the opposite of non contributive posts but then that is in fairness. Like you say I think they were hoping I started insulting forum members so they can have a decent reason but I have no interest in doing that as not one forum members annoys me because I’m fine with different football opinion even if I don’t agree with it. I certainly wouldn’t want someone warned for it Either way they can be how they want I’ll just try to keep the majority of my posts non boring Fake news. I said the arguments are boring not your posts. James wouldn’t be here if boring posts weren’t allowed.
  16. On the beers Kanji[/member] ?
