Craig Russell is certainly something to do with fitness, not sure exactly what his role is to be honest. Adam Sadler may well just be classed as a Youth Coach but he certainly specializes in 'keeper coaching. Not sure exactly what Beardsley is doing but he still on the pay roll as far as I'm aware but he has been replaced by Steve Tweddle.
