Memories of Ben Arfa. What a goal.
-
Well it's already been confirmed he won't be.
-
Published simultaneously across three of the nationals. It will get attention which is all it is designed to do. What are you doing to fight for the future of NUFC?
-
Hopefully he will also sign a new contract, a few other clubs looking at him apparently. Both parties want it to happen apparently but as Newcastle only has one executive (Lee Charnley) things have stalled as he's been busy on other things. Embarrassment of a football club.
-
He's nothing like Adama Traore.
-
Yes, his partner and baby refuse to move to the north east.
-
What a crock of shite. Agree our worst top flight team, mainly because bar one or two we have players that are not good enough for this league. His players. 126th choice on the list or bought for the Championship. He'll keep us up, we'll get just enough points. If it wasn't for Rafa Benitez with this group of players I suspect we wouldn't even be competitive. The stuff about what the players must think - again complete utter bollocks. Do you think he doesn't talk to them on the training ground and one on one, only through the media?
-
This was the strong management I wanted to see from Rafa when Kenedy decided he should be the one to take our match deciding penalty after spending the whole match giving Cardiff the ball Nonsense. “Kenedy was the designated penalty taker. First it was Matt Ritchie [who came off] but then it was Kenedy.” How can he come out and have a go in the same way?
-
Disagree. Even if he followed his runner they still score there. Ritchie cost us that. Awful defending.
-
Shocking from Ritchie.
-
Only 750. Rangers board decision.
-
If he is serious he's not going to tell anyone in the media anything. Ashley sang like a Canary whilst supposedly under due diligence Yes, as the seller. Quite considerably different.

Liverpool vs Newcastle United - 26/12/2018 @ 15:00 - No UK TV

Got battered 3-0 by a terrible West Ham side earlier this month. Probably not a great leap in logic to suggest that the team at the top of the league might fill their boots against us. It's not really a useful comparison as we will set up and play in an entirely different way against a side like Liverpool. Remind me, how many times have we conceded more than 3 under Rafa Benitez? -
Full quote: The Spaniard said: “Even if we strengthen in January it will be a miracle if we stay up. I think everyone knows what we have to do. “Does Mike Ashley know? I hope so. We are doing what we have to do and now we wait to see what will happen. “We have the targets, the names, so we have to do what we have to do. “I am trying to tell everyone, realise where we are. Realise what we have to do and if we do well, fine we can finish 10th or whatever.” “If we think we can beat these teams that have spent £100 million, every one of them, every game, there is no chance. We are wrong, 100 per cent.” “I like the challenge and we will try to do our best. If you lose or cannot win, you cannot enjoy it, but I know it is my job and I have to be sure I make the right decisions all the time. “We try to manage and correct things but sometimes in this league, which is so difficult, it is not enough. “We have to be realistic and understand we will be in the half bottom for the whole season. If we can be better than three teams it will be another miracle. “We can try make things happen in January, we will see what happens. It would be a miracle to stay up, yes. “For me it is very clear. I know what is coming now and I know where we are. You can see the team is trying a lot of things but still it is not enough to get the points. It will be like that. “If we are under pressure and feel this pressure we will not better and we can make more mistakes.”

Aye cos we often get battered under Rafa. 2-0 to them. -
At breaking things up he probably is, at the rest he's miles behind.
