It's really alarming how so many of our players are disillusioned with things yet people keep defending the hierarchy. If it was one player I wouldn't worry about it but it's Barton, Routledge, Enrique and of course Nolan before he left. It's worrying. I'm concerned what team morale is really like at the moment as well.

Yeah I can see us gaining tons of new supporters after these all action exciting games we've been playing.

HBA out for months because we played him away against City and still lost or resting him in some matches which decreases the chances of injury and increases the probability of us taking three points away against opponents that's in the hunt for the same league spot (Everton, Villa, Tham) What's the difference between him being out for a couple of months and him barely playing because the league is so full of clogger teams?

Only really fussed about the first 3 and Guthrie won't be too hard to retain/replace imo. Tiote, Cabaye, Barton, Abeid, Ben Arfa, Gosling. He's already surplus to requirements now.

I know just saying my own view. Even when we signed Cabaye I thought we were light in depth but looking at it now (taking into account the youngsters) it doesn't seem so bad now.

Cabaye might just be this. Only a friendly appearance but he looks a classy footballer. I did worry about it but now I think with Tiote, Barton, Cabaye, Gosling, Abeid and of course Ben Arfa that we'll probably be ok in this area now. Obviously I'd still like another defensive midfielder though but I think we can feel good about our options as they stand.
