It seems to be the way though. Cunty players often cripple (or try to RE: Henry) our players and it gets brushed under the carpet and we're told "So and so isn't like that. He's a good lad." Then eventually after they damage other players people start to open their fucking eyes.
The topic of the increasing number of broken legs/damaged ligaments from wreckless tackles seems to be being discussed on a few fan forums today. It's not just us.
It always surprises me how often centre-backs get into goalscoring positions but head them over. I guess they concentrate so much on heading the ball up and away that they simply can't help themselves when required to head it down. Considering the number of set pieces in matches I wonder why more emphasis isn't put on them scoring.
Probably wasn't anticipating Barton putting in a good corner tbf.
Definitely, was one of the reasons we did well today. No more hoofing nonsense, please.
In the last two games when we've had Ameobi and Carroll on at the same time the team seem to stop playing and just lump balls at them.
Going too far. Although I would happily watch someone else stab Martin Atkinson and then wave play on instead of calling the police.
And have the people in the street congratulate them on their knife technique.
I worry because we seem to have very little attacking threat. We play the ball around nicely, can dominate possession but then we just have no way to make any use of it all.
Seriousl? I thought he was alright last week, was caught out of position time and time again today, also missed a couple of simple challanges.
He was far from alright last week.
