I tend to take my Shearer scarf to the games. The scarf twirlling won't happen unless everyone has a scarf though, and if your going to the pub pre/post match the last thing i'd want in a hot pub is a scarf round me.

I really don't rate Milner, but i'd rather keep him for the sake of the squad. An average player is better than no one for the time being. Sell him in the summer, unless we've a replacement lined up in January.

Very difficult to say at this stage. Every year though 'big' teams drop out of the CL and enter the UEFA, but the final is rarely made up of these drop outs. If Boro can get to the final, anyone can tbh.

Chuffed to bits, the 2nd half performance was really, really encouraging. I'm not big Dyer fan, but the difference he's made these past few weeks is incredible. Him and Martins link up like they've played together all their lives. The way we attacked at pace reminded me of the SBR days.

Chuffed we won, great result. Performance wise, though Taylor was excellent at the back and scored a good goal. Sib played well, but I thought N'Zogbia was awful. Everytime he controlled it in the final third it bobbled up and/or he'd run into people.

Put John Terry at left back, bet he wouldn't look too canny. Not comparing the two obviously, but its harsh to have a go at him for it.
