  1. Listen, I am no soopa fan or anything. Far from it. I've been following the team since the mid 90's, had a season ticket for nearly 15 years. Been to maybe 30 away games before I gave up when Rafa left as I could take no more. So I am speaking from a base of perhaps being a slightly more than average fan. One thing I will say is that I don't need to be asked twice to sing my heart out home or away. On saturday I watched the match in the Black Garter (don't ask! ) with six mates. Most of them better fans than me. In years gone by at least half of them would have been in that away end. But this year they're not, they are in the Black Garter. I know we still have loads of hardcore in the away end so don't get me wrong but it was immediately noticeable right from the off when the camera pans our away end, maybe it's me but a lot of these people don't look like our away fans. Standing there like mute lemmings, gently applauding. The goals go in and some are just stood there. I don't know about you but if I was at Sunderland Away and we scored I'd be expecting at least a minor injury of some sort in the celebrations. Anyhow, my voice was gone by half time in the pub. It was like Wembley revisited. Six passionate blokes giving their support in the pub. We are just six daft lads but it's clear that there are many more (better fans than us) who can't get in now. We have long had a reputation for having a great away support and it pains me so much to see it slowly becoming watered down.

    Alexander Isak

Needs a proper song like. It's criminal that nowt gets sung for him.
  4. Tossed and turned all night. Woke up ready to shit me pants. I'm 41 for fucks sake. Fuck this match. I hate derby day.
  5. Starting to get that sickly feeling in the pit of my stomach.
  6. Until we have a designated singing end nothing is going to change. Round and round we go....
  7. I'm backing Howe to the hilt. Don't want to list any excuses as we all know what they are. If it were up to me I would give him at least another two transfer windows before sharpening the knife.
  8. Credit to Wood. Can't hate him to be honest. He'll have a hard on a rottweiler couldn't chew tonight like.
  9. For all miggy has been frustrating He's done some good things. Would you say Gordon has been any better??
  10. Thought Miley was having a good game. Gordon is completely shagged out.
  11. Bruno is keeping this whole thing together at the minute. Without him we would have been pumped tonight.

    Lewis Hall

Is it to do with him playing x number of games meaning we have to sign him and Howe doesn't fancy him?
  13. Outstanding again tonight.
  14. Players need to be laid up in bed for the next three days solid on a drip. A full 8 hours sleep each night, no access to women. Got to get rid of that fatigue somehow.
  15. Considering the opponents thought it was decent in the Gallowgate. Tindall must be loving it at the end there like!
  16. Good post but not having that being out sung by Fulham. Atmosphere was decent in the Gallowgate. Only heard the Fulham fans when we went quiet.
  17. Six thousand tickets ! The mag safety officer strikes again ! He's a good lad.
  18. Ferdinand hasn't had enough time to look over the squad to see where the injuries are apparently. Absolutely stealing a living that bloke.
  19. Tried to take the game by the scruff of the neck at times second half. Was brilliant to see. There was moments where Bruno and Joe got done and miggy stepped in made the tackle and drove the team up field. Love the bloke, me.
  20. I saw most of it on telly, I have to say the fans were brilliant tonight. Constant singing first half. You only heard the away fans a couple of times. Second half nerves set in but well done to the support today. McCoist etc all commented on how good it was. ?
  21. Proud of the lads tonight. Onwards and upwards.
  22. Didn't on my telly, especially first half.
