Look at Skrtl, Agger, Vidic how long did they take to adapt to this league. Agreed. Skrtl hasnt fully adapted to the league yet and Agger is in and out of the Liverpool side. Took Vidic about a season to fully adapt and now he is regarded as the best defender in the world by some.

Colo had a very good game I thought. I would expect more off a £10 million defender. His distribution was abysmal, especially his passing. Nothing special but nothing crap, as some people on here will let you believe! That would make sense if he hadn't passed the ball very well today. Gave the ball away afew times from what I can remember, maybe its just the ale, so forgive me!

Martins has been injured and obviously isnt 100% fit. God knows why he didnt start with Jonas though, at least he saw the light & took Duff off at HT.

Class defender, no doubt he will be away when Ashley & co get a half decent offer for him at the end of the season.
