    Transfer rumours

He's arguably had 1 good season, 17-18. He's talented obviously but he's one to very much avoid, his numbers since that Indian summer are wretched. He'll sign one more big contract in his career and I hope it's not with us.

    Transfer rumours

I think that's a bit ridiculous and presumably based on nowt other than the fact he uses Instagram. His account is basically all football stuf n'all. You have to be FUCKING AMAZING at football to play in the Premier League / at the World Cup. It's all relative I know but the point is I don't think you get there by dossing it, even those who aren't great by PL standards. Fair comment. I didn't want to come across as a bit Sounessy I just think the lad has got his priorities a bit mixed up. When he's in the news its 50/50 between stuff he's done on the park or off it. He's obviously got talent but I think in 5 years time he'll be a cautionary tale. 'You don't want to end up like Jesse Lingard' type of thing. He's got a maximum of 6 seasons left before he's done, wonder what his legacy will be.

    Transfer rumours

He's always given the impression that he's far more interested in Instagram than football. Massive no from me, let him be someone else's problem.
  4. Doesn't matter tbh. Wherever it is he's sitting there anonymously taking it like a little bitch
  5. Hiding on a messageboard when you've tried your entire adult existence to prove how 'hard' you are
  6. Imagine being that much of a spineless little dick you know people are slagging you off and are doing nothing to challenge it?

    Transfer rumours

1 manager 2 full/wing backs 3 CMs 2 strikers/forwards The rest can wait. Get those 8 right and we're flying
  8. I appreciate tempers are a bit frayed at the minute but if you can't be civil to each other and/or stop bickering then it's getting locked like. Absolutely ridiculous and utterly shit to wade through for everyone.
  9. Everyone just naturally expects another kick in the knackers after the last 13 years, it's a coping mechanism. Expressing doubts is fine. Just not fucking constantly in multiple threads. That's just really, really fucking annoying
  10. If the season gets voided then Sunlun get their 1-9 away win record back. Tears of joy
  11. It's not. Don't take the day off. Every day has been a Bank Holiday for the last 6 weeks
  12. Bank Holiday on Monday too. Looooong weekend for some on here
  13. You can't get hold of them, I've tried.
  14. The PL will have been waiting for this move from the Saudi's for months, probably even years. They're not daft, they know exactly what and whom they're dealing with and if they've not said 'no' after about a month then they're not going to. It is dragging on a bit, yeah but they've had all of the evidence and objections and they've still not said no. If they didn't want anything to do with the Saudi's then they'd have fucked them off a while back. The fact is they do want the influx of cash into the division and country, it's blatantly obvious. Just sit tight and be patient.
  15. I'd love to see someone have the bollocks to flip that question around and put him on the spot. "So, Jamie, could you just briefly outline exactly why Steve Bruce should be given the opportunity to spend a serious amount of money? What credentials does he have? Exactly what has he achieved in his managerial career to deserve the chance? Take your time sweetheart."
  16. Want Rafa for 2 main reasons 1. He already knows the place. He knows the fans and most of the squad. He knows what needs to be done and where to make the improvements and it could literally take off from day 1. I also like the fact he can organise a team and squeeze every drop out of it. Being organised is not boring, it's comforting. I've always longed to see a Newcastle XI knowing exactly what they were meant to be doing and Rafa made that happen. It wasn't always pretty but I always appreciated the shape and nous behind it all. The bloke knew exactly what he wanted to do but was always limited due to the front 5 and the lack of investment in key positions. He had to make do with what he was given and largely did well imo 2. He won't just look after the squad but he'll actively look at the whole club. He'll want to modernise the training facilities, the youth teams and he'll look at building relationships with the wider community. He wants the club to be the focal point of the area and he'll work night and day to push the club as a whole entity as far as he can. He knows how significant we are and we can be and he'll drive everything in the rifht direction. Pochettino is fucking brilliant and I respect the bloke immensely but Rafa is on another plane. Poch is the one you'd date, Rafa is the one you'd marry.

    Sunderland

They're at the lowest point in their entire history, from day 1, they've never been this far down the league ladder. They're absolutely potless, they've got a squad without a single quality player, an owner most of them fucking despise, no source of revenue coming in, negligible sponsorship and they've just appointed Scunthorpe's underperforming CEO. 6 in a row? Sent them down? Aye, the joke's well and truly on us.

    St James' Park

Standing needs to go directly behind each goal. As many as possible.
  19. Getting some "independent research" done to prove that cup runs are more likely to get you relegated to justify fucking both of the cups off every single year
  20. French day ffs Those 2 cunts with the back from the dead sign on Halloween
  21. Ryan Taylor being released via a phone call to Gutierrez because he just happened to be in the background
