Need to airport forum this shite.

Looks like he knows that's that tbh. 10am sacking imo.
-
I wouldn't give you a bucket of shit for the opinion of either Dyer or Bellamy on any topic you care to name. Cretinous, little cunts, zero respect for either of them.
-
I'd be really tempted to start giving Woodman a few games now. I know Rafa won't and can totally understand the caution. He's got to be given a go at some point though and he'll not get better sitting on the bench, he needs to play at the highest level asap if he's going to develop. I refuse to believe he's poorer than Elliot.

They're currently 200/1 to get premoted and best price of 10/3 to go down. I know it's only bookmaker odds but neutrals clearly think they're in the shit up to their necks. I'd absolutely love a double dip relegation.

Yep, if it had been on target then it would have been on target.
-
This is where I'm at too. No idea what specifically is happening but there's too much noise. I'm ready to run the takeover bath at any moment.
-
I'd tap that. Which I'm sure she'll be delighted to hear. Could even be the deal breaker? Who knows.

Looking forward to hearing lots of totally impartial opinions this afternoon from the Sunderland supporting anchor and 2 former Liverpool players with about 30 years of combined service for LFC. Sure they'll be completely unbiased and not at all patronising in any way.

Great move and goal.

I heard was offered to Hearts and Hibs, and was prepared to get the train there every day, however neither club could afford his wages. Wow. Boro, Hearts and Hibs. Really casting the net wide. But 2 of them can't afford him. So still pinning all his career aspirations on Boro then. Dunno like, the A19 can get a little busy on a morning. The little arsehole could be stuck on the road for nearly 45 minutes on a morning. Not sure if he could cope with this, probably get a nosebleed if he gets further then 20 miles from his bedroom.

Jack Colback DROPPED AS FUCK.
-
Excellent player, he's got the lot.

This is the crux of it. Gayle, Mitrovic, Joselu and Perez aren't good enough for where we'd like to be. They've all got their strengths and weaknesses but all are fundamentally flawed. We needed a new striker in the summer and didn't buy one, we'll need one in January but I'll be surprised if we get him. The biggest cog in the engine but we're unwilling to buy it.

Totally forgot about them. Which renders the post above canny redundant Edit: f*** you. Not for in the PL, your point still stands. 14 PL reds in a row then. Just 16,384/1 then.
-
Totally forgot about them. Which renders the post above canny redundant Edit: fuck you. Not you. Obviously.

Since the Remy/Johnson incident Newcastle have been shown 18 reds without reply. If you assume the chances of getting a player sent off are pretty even, 50/50 the probability of getting 17 reds in a row, without one for the opposition are over 130,000/1.
-
Red cards shown to Newcastle players since 1st Jan 2014: Debuchy v WBA Remy v Norwich* Shola v Liverpool Dummett v Liverpool Williamson v Villa Abeid v Palace LC Sissoko v West Ham Taylor v Chelsea Coloccini v Everton Sissoko v Liverpool Williamson v Leicester Janmaat v Leicester Mitrovic v Arsenal Colocinni v them Lascelles v Everton Mitrovic v Spurs Anita v Wolves Shelvey v Forest Dummett v Forest Shelvey v Spurs Reds shown to opposition since 1st Jan 2014: Johnson (Norwich) Jan 2014* *scuffle in which both players saw red within seconds of each other.

Had to be the same Ref who gave the Shelvey one just a few games ago to make it worse didn't it 3 Reds to us from Marriner in 6/7 games games now Shelvey vs Spurs, Mitro vs Arsenal, Taylor vs City. When was the last time the opposition has even got a Red against us? In the PL, Norwich (a) in 2014. Remy was sent off for us as well so that doesn't really count. Last time we had a numerical advantage in the PL was Boxing Day 2013 when Stoke had 2 men sent off. I mentioned this a couple of years ago. Sure we'd seen about 13 reds since that Boxing Day game without one from the opposition and it's probably far more now. I'm not looking it up Edit: I did check, it's 20 reds for us since Boxing Day 2013. 1 for the opposition in that time when Remy and that workieticket from Norwich went in the same incident.

MotD is the arbiter on such matters. Let's see what tonight's pundits make of it.
-
"Scenes" I believe is the correct terminology these days.
-
I'd be astonished if the incident is even mentioned again. It should be as there was malice and intent there today whereas I genuinely don't think there was up at Huddersfield. Even if they do it doesn't change the result today, we're no better off.
-
Not massively worried yet but don't like the thought of having to look over our shoulders so soon in the season. We need every point on the board asap and today was a chance to nick one and we missed out. We're going to lose games, take the odd hiding every now and again but we need to grind points out of games like that today. I'm probably on a 2 at this point.
-
I appreciate his effort and willingness to graft but I'd rather dislike him and he finish gilt-edged chances. We need him to score and if he can't then, for all his work rate, he needs to be dropped and someone else put in who can. We're not a charity and don't owe him anything.

Can't see it, not yet, but heard last week that there were rumours coming out of the SoS via staff members that something was happening and it would result in job losses. It will be just that. Bain will be cutting the headcount as corporate bookings have dried up, match day is only seeing 20k or so regardless of the official figures and those who are going just aren't spending money. There's been talk of closing parts of the stadium and moving the away fans, there's also talk that land owned (i think this refers to training and academy) has already been sold and will come out in the next accounts. There's even suggestions the club doesn't even own the stadium anymore. Whatever part of any of that is true, its a total mess, however the 40% cut in wages has saved them. Without that the club would be in Administration right now, but the wages are reportedly under £40m pa, ans while the parachute payments are still coming in there is room to downsize and keep asset stripping, selling players to recover some money back. Until that is no longer the case, or the do the unthinkable and secure a double relegation, then they'll keep doing what they're doing and avoid Admin. Though its just existing to die, there really is no hope for them until this comes to its natural end which is Administration. I'll be delighted in even half of that is true.
